Waterfest is the largest VW/Audi Car Show and Motorsport event in North America, and the second largest of its kind in the world. Waterfest, now in its 17th year is a two-day event held at the world-class Raceway Park facility in Englishtown, New Jersey.

So the cold temperatures are starting to hit the northeast and people are taking wheels off and/or storing their cars for winter. I wanted to be able to get one more photoshoot in before I put the car into winter mode. Found an awesome location on the water with New York in the background and some fall foliage in the foreground. The changing leaves really make for some great photo opportunities.

A few days before H2Oi this year a wheel swap was proposed since our buddy Scott had just got his MK6 Golf a few weeks ago. Rui was looking to sell his wheels and Milky had an extra set in his garage waiting to be sold. Rui figured that if his wheels were put on a MK6 the new owners could see how well they looked on a new slammed VW. These crazy shenanigans turned into a 3-person wheel swap. For the fourth year Club Broke Status has held their Broke.Down show at Gardner Municipal Airport in Gardner, MA. Last years turnout was much more than expected, but this year was even bigger. This year was absolutely no exception with 1,000+ people and 650+ cars in attendance, which is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING for a local show only on its fourth year. I’ve really wanted to shoot Jackson’s MK3 after seeing it at the WFSU BBQ in February. Ran into him at the CT Eurospec meet on Friday and asked him if I could take some shots of his car. After we finished with Chris’ A4, we pulled Jackson’s car in front of the camera to take some pictures. Three words to describe this car are clean, low and dope. I headed up to the CT Eurospec meet this past Friday since I was relocated to Connecticut for my summer internship. I really wanted to shoot a car while I was there since I had all my gear and my off-camera lighting and Chris was MORE than happy to let me shoot his Gray B7 A4. The car is absolutely stunning and super clean. Even though there are few modifications it still turns heads when parked or rolling. Be on the lookout for Chris at tons of shows this season.
